This is such a quick and easy go to meal. I use extra firm tofu and serve with Singapore noodles. Enjoy!
extra firm tofu
dark soy sauce
ketap manis soy sauce
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 large onion
1 red chilli
chop your tofu into bite size pieces, set in a bowl and toss in a few big table spoons of each soy, and 1 tablespoon of honey, then refrigerate.
heat a little oil in a pan
while that's heating up, roughly chop up the peppers and onions, and set aside.
remove the tofu from the fridge and place in hot frying pan, let cook on each side until crispy edges.
add the peppers and onions to pan, to char a little.
add a splash of lime, and salt & pepper
remove once everything has charred.
Enjoy with some singapore noodles & top with sesame seeds.
